If you’ve taken the diagnostic, we start there. If not, we cover the same ground in the first few minutes of the call. Either way, we’ll identify:

  • How much chaos currently exists in your business
  • Where it's actually coming from
  • Which of the three pillars — Order, Cadence, or Horizon — is the root constraint

Your Current Operating Situation

We’ll talk through what’s actually going on in the business right now. No judgment, no prepared pitch from me — just an honest conversation about:

  • Team structure and role clarity
  • How decisions currently get made
  • Whether you have a consistent weekly rhythm or not
  • What quarterly planning looks like (if anything)
  • Where you want the business to be in 3 years — and whether there's a real plan to get there

Recommendations for Your Next Step

You’ll leave the call with something useful regardless of what comes next. Specifically:

  • A clearer picture of what's actually driving the chaos in your business
  • A sense of what matters most to fix first
  • A simple, honest recommendation for your next step
